I bought the run flat version of these. I'd not recommend based upon my experience. My mpg has dropped from ~48mpg to 41mpg (Ford C-Max) and they are noisy.

Agree. Great tires, but big mileage drop on a Volt. About 10 - 15% mpg drop. Have the normal version, not run flat.
