There are two, Realtek RTL9210 and Realtek RTL9210B. Realtek RTL9210B is the less problematic one. Im not sure if you read the AT thread... Revision B sounds like a transistor-level change so they...

Yes, I realize there's a revision, and I read plenty of the thread. The revision is slightly more stable, a little less heat, and a little better dissipation, but the original RTL9210 is still a...

This will definitely bottleneck the drive. Even a costly thunderbolt enclosure will bottleneck most NVME drives. The point is: this is an inexpensive way to connect an NVME to almost any...

I’ve been looking at this S A B R E N T one to potentially expand a base model M1 Mac Mini’s storage. I saw in a YouTube video that the read/write speeds were nuts, but it’s EXPEN$IVE. Does anyone...

A big problem for enclosures is that many people can't tell the difference between the different pin layouts of NVME drives and buy the wrong ones.

Get the SSK brand for this price ($19.99) or get the ASUS for $53.99. I wouldn't really bother with the rest in between.
