Absolutely not. I owned the ring pro for 2 years and this for 1 and this is terrible at motion detection. Ring pro rarely missed a thing. Load time through the app is way faster with this.

Wyze detection is awful. Not suitable for outdoor use. They will withstand the weather, but they are triggered for everything and I have my sensitivity at 1. And than with the 5 minute cool down...

If you have a microcenter nearby, they have wyze cam pan for $35. I snagged a refurb for $26 and it is a great camera for internal use and I like the ability pan.i do wish the lowlight was better...

Agreed, You need to set zones to where people will be walking otherwise yeah, false alarms. Ring is great at motion though even the low battery mode
