This headset is utter garbage and steelseries support is nonexistent (like, you literally can't contact anyone nor can you submit a ticket on their website). $200 garbage with no recourse.

Thanks. Was going to try a miio a3 last year when you could get them for less than $50 (pre covid), now $70. But I'm getting by with what the controller is outputting.

Same experience I tested every 150-200+ headset and the mics are just too damn sensitive I couldn’t swallow or lean forward in my chair without everyone in party chat hearing it. Smh Stuck...

not sure if you knew but if you undate fireware on whatever you have it works with just the usb now. so you dont need that adapter

I bought this headset to my teenage son and it died after 3-4 months. Don't know what the hell he did to it, but I know its dead. $200 on amazon. I could've used that money for hookers and alcohol. 😢
