AFAIK, all T-processors are just TDP-down versions of standard... So it's an i5-10400 with limited thermal design power to 35W instead of 65W for standard i5-10400.

I would only get this if you need Intel’s virtualization. The Ryzen is better performance at the same price. Unless ESXi won’t work with the Ryzen 4650ge, then I would consider this for a small home...
