The one with the 1660 super is a much better deal. You can easily sell the super for $225-250 on offerup, and have a cheaper PC.

It would be better with Windows 10 Pro (Security Data) than Home but these are not business systems. OP price seems good just they need to give users 16GB default instead of 8 GB.
