That's usually the case. I recall the 2060 being roughly the same as a 1070. This is on the mobile side of things. Edit - Actually if it's on par with the 2070 SUPER...then that's even better.

I saw one YouTuber showing that the 3060 was pretty on par with the 2070 Super. That's pretty sweet. Of course there is a ton of a factors that will go into different models like power and cooling....
