The glass protector I got for my S20 Note Ultra did not work. It had a "cutout" for the fingerprint reader (which is in the middle bottom of the screen) but even that didn't work (for fingerprints)....

To hazard a guess, this probably won't work with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The S21 might have gen 2 of the sensor but there's nothing to conclude that it will be better, but instead bigger.
