I just buy the big hydrocolloid patches and cut little pieces as needed. I think that works out cheaper in the long run, sometimes you need one smaller, one larger.

It does work for me too. But only when the white stuff is visible to your skin. If it is red acne then these wont suck it out unless you already popped it
