No. This OBi200 device is best use with a standard analog telephone. Or, a cordless phone with satellite handsets (max 7). A VoIP IP Phone will not work.

just fyi, any cellphone can call 911. even unactivated ones or ones without service. but it can't be super old, it still has to be able to connect to a tower. so 4g minimum at this point.
