I didn't see a way to do it within the Amazon app or on a browser on an iPad. However, on a Windows PC I do see "Get Song Free" or "Get Album Free" on the right side. You then buy it for $0.00 and...

I believe you cannot download directly from the Amazon app. You have to do it from the Amazon.com mobile or full website. I will update the post accordingly.

I think these are free with prime. I have them all in a playlist "sleep sounds." I tell Alexa goodnight and she plays my sleep sounds playlist and turns the lights out, reminds me of my calendar...
