I figured it out. Just had to use the cmd line to get the product key and reenter it. For some reason it wasn't being verified before. Good to know they would have replaced the laptop anyways.

It's 15.5". It's "ultra" SLIM not light. This has a screen area TWICE that of an 11" netbook. So it's going to weight that much as well.

That info is wrong .. try anywhere else you'll see its 4.x lbs Ars Technica has it a 4.3lbs, PC Mag review says 4.1 lbs. Walmart also says 4.1 lbs. 5 lbs is hard pass for sure.
