DOOM (1993) and DOOM II both have local (up to) 4-player split-screen multi player. It looks like DOOM (1993) supports this for both death match and co-op, while DOOM II supports just co-op.

Cheats can be accessed (at least in DOOM (1993), not sure about the others) via the Options->Cheats menu. You don’t type them into the console like on the PC version, but select them from a list.
