In the owners manual says not to use it with sensitive electronics or medical devices without a line conditioner. That would indicate it’s not below 5% thd. I’m going to keep looking personally.

Yes... it has more than enough amperage to run any 110v tool and multiple at the same time. Note it has up to 50A load at 220v so it would run 220v tools as well.. e.g. large planer.
