Nice for a cheap option if you need something now. Better to wait for a slickdeal on the Joby Gorillapod 1k , which is more versatile w/ better build quality.

The flexible leg tripod I got similar to this had suck a chemical smell on leg foam that I had to leave it outside for the first month. I don’t find this as a good deal.

The quick release, ball head and feet all failed on one of these after a few uses. Waste of money IMO. Speaking from experience, spend the extra $3-8 to get a more solid one with rubber legs.
