Youngsters won't remember this, but HF used to be much cheaper , and did not have any 20% coupons. Then they raised all the prices, and started with the constant 20% coupons, like a Bed Bath...

It's the "no exclusions" part that is slick. There is a whole bunch of stuff in the store that is almost never discounted and this coupon is rare in that it applies to that stuff.
