I wouldn't worry about it. CE liability is only for the company not for the user. No one is ever going to get after your over the CE mark unless you are selling these in bulk in Europe.

you need to connect your TV to the 1Mii transmitter as the firestick doesn't have any audio output. If you have the fire stick connected to a display without any audio output you are out of luck.

It is the sound-sending device's responsibility to control volume. I paired my phone to this and when I connect to it via Bluetooth, my phone's volume up/down buttons control the volume.

I'm not sure what you mean. This is a Bluetooth audio transmitter, not receiver so when using it with your phone it would have to be wired not "paired" via Bluetooth but anyways people in the reviews...
