I wouldn't worry about it. CE liability is only for the company not for the user. No one is ever going to get after your over the CE mark unless you are selling these in bulk in Europe.

you need to connect your TV to the 1Mii transmitter as the firestick doesn't have any audio output. If you have the fire stick connected to a display without any audio output you are out of luck.

I have this, it works well. Be sure to set the tv volume to medium or high. Otherwise bluetooth signals to your headphones will cut in and cut out randomly.

It is the sound-sending device's responsibility to control volume. I paired my phone to this and when I connect to it via Bluetooth, my phone's volume up/down buttons control the volume.

FIIO makes the BTA 30 which will transmit those codecs. I think it has a built in limitation of not transmitting LDAC when usb c connection is used though. Something to keep in mind for your use case.
