Call their 800 number and complain. They added 10$ to my card since they never sent any email or notifications of reward being added. Told em that's a lil shady.

Frustratingly, Starbucks seems to have reneged on this offer... I bought a qualifying drink on the required day, and they refuse to acknowledge the deal.
