I've been happy with the Sigma 30/1.4 on my 6400. I've heard good things about the Rokinon also and if you plan to go FF later the Rokinon might make more sense.

I would probably spend a bit more money and get the Tamron 17-28mm for video. Check out the reviews. Oh and try urlhasbeenblocked. I was able to score one for $720 no taxes and free shipping.

Totally right. The image quality isn't really worth it. Spend a little more and get a nicer lens.
