The email states max of $50 in exchange gift cards. Looks like each $50 purchase needs to be a separate order. The exchange gift card gets added automatically to the cart.

The bonus cards can be used for whatever, so buying another gift card should be fine. You probably won’t get the bonus $10 NEX card for the additional purchase though.

Last time I went to Disney I bought them at Sam's plus 5% cash back from chase. This 20% deal is rocking. But sadly I can't buy 20 of them.
