It means you can redeem GE/TSA pre every 5 years. Not once a year for 5 years.

Capital one stopped waiving the annual fee after the first year (ymmv but they used to do it when the 2nd af hit when asked) so cancel or product change a month or so before your second af hits.

The biggest downside to Capital One cards: They do 3 hard pulls! One from each credit bureau. Typically you want 1 hard inquiry very 2-3 months. Otherwise it’s a good card

I have had this card for years with a 750-800 credit score, and for years they refuse to raise my limits. I honestly don’t know why I even still have this card, screw them.

Here is a good rundown of CapOne travel partners rewards redemption. Those 60K "miles" are only worth at most 45K actual miles, so kind of expensive with a $95 fee.
