Guessing you have to remove the motherboard to mount the V5 though? Not necessary with the Dell heatsink. Not sure about the fan size. I will measure when I get home from work.

in my knowledge, 360 watt psu maybe is enough for 10400+1066ti. But, it will be the bottleneck if you want to upgrade it in 2 or 3 years later.
