That's true - you're not supposed to use this to clean food prep surfaces. That rules it out for cutting boards and the like, but unless you're eating directly off your countertop you should be fine.

We just use isopropyl. Started doing that after the granite place told us that wipes were slightly acidic and could be detrimental over long periods of use.
