Try it again. It worked for me, no problem. I’ve never had a failed transaction with Eneba, though I understand the frustration. That has happened to me several times with CDKeys.

Good find on the base game! Will check nexusmod to see if there's mod list that doesn't require DLC. My modding exp with Skyrim VR was generally pleasant.
