Does “semi modular” mean the power cable is fixed, everything else is modular? Sorry for asking a dumb question, that’s what it looks like in the pictures but I couldn’t tell for sure.

Did you contact their customer service? It's pretty good. One of the sata cable comes with my GX850 has a cracked connector. They mailed me a new one from Taiwan directly.

Generally the 24 pin and 8 pin motherboard power cables are fixed to the PSU. Everything else should be modular.

Just an FYI this standard ATX power supply probably does not fit in most big name-brand computers like; Apple, Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, Acer, etc... And even if you modify the case to make it fit...

That comes with an EVGA 600 GD, 80+ GOLD 600W. There's not really any reason to replace that (if it works). But yes, this Super Flower is an excellent PSU choice.
