Most of these home wifi cams don't have ethernet ports. Are you running ethernet cables all over the place for these? With the low bit rate these put out 2.4 Ghz wifi is plenty even for the 2K...

Well if you're going to use these for security and your network gets bombed, then what's the point? You can jam these in under 10 seconds whoever did it will likely be long gone before you can reset...

the 2k is on sale as of now. if you plan to use the cam for HomeKit this cam will do just fine. if you have no plan to use HomeKit and need 2K then go for the other deal. both a great quality cameras

I'd be curious on this too. My only guesses are jamming the actual radio frequency or by DDOS or Deauth attack. All are simple in theory but not always as easy as you think to execute in real life.

Why is Wyze considered a disaster? I have the Wyze pan/tilt asking with a Eufy pan/tilt. I find the Wyze a little easier to use. Not sure if that's bias, as I started it with Wyze before Eufy.

These are great cams, I own SIX of them. Depending on your usage, mine are all 2k and will never turn back to 1080p. I think it's worth the extra $10 for 2k res.
