I think the cheapest color Garmin Edge is the 520 Plus, which can be had for $199 new when it's on sale. Might be able to find a good deal if you're okay with used (?)

well that was dead fast, spent too much time reading reviewed between the 130 and 130 plus. Do note that the 130 unit and sensor is still $135 whereas the unit itself is $170 now.
