Yes there is, at least in my area in NJ. When my S8 stopped working, I brought it to them. They took a look and provided me a copy of estimated repairs which I submitted to file the claim.

Fyi, rented and leased phones are not covered under this AMEX policy.
Checked my Mastercard world elite policy and that specifically includes these phones.
