I have this and I use a 120w foldable panel plugged into the PD 60w. Chargers fast. 0-100 in about 4-5 hours. As long as you are readjusting the panels to face the sun and get 100% of those rays.

Sounds faulty. Try a different wall plug, make sure the AC adapter is plugged all the way into the brick as well. If that doesn’t work reach out to support!
