Same here. Used it for 2 hours when I lost power during a freeze. and run it every 1-2 months for 5-10 mins. Runs on first crank.

Mine was junk. Was Burning oil fast while running. Definitely a internal issue. 4 calls and emails to Westinghouse CS with no response. Returned for refund to Sams club and that was a hassle.
