Both are imported. With the similar steel frame, the only difference might be the hooks. If on a budget, you may get the cheaper one, but buy a pair of decent hooks.

I have the fitness reality version. You'll fit fine as long as you don't flip the pull-up bar upside down like I did. (Had to flip it to do pull-ups without hitting my head on the 8ft ceiling.)
