Still looking for a 1:4, or even a 1:1 model.

Which Cobi models do you have? I have the Uboat, Tirpitz, Missouri, Warspite, and a bunch of planes and tanks.

Just based on the URL, I thought this link was going to be to their Star Trek collection...but this is a lot more interesting. The detail on that thing is impressive. Over 2500 pieces

Yes this is the USS Enterprise WW2 ship. Unfortunately Cobi doesn't have the Star Trek license.

Cobi has a smaller scale model that includes an iceberg. How morbid! https://www.walmart.com/ip/COBI-Historical-Collection-R-M-S-Titanic-NEW/443436232

Didn’t need it, but I got it.

Check out COBI's other military options - they have nice WWII planes. Something LEGO will not do because it's war oriented. Lego is still better than COBI. But is COBI better than Jordan? LOL

This does seem very odd to me that a young kid these days would be obsessed with a boat that sank and killed thousands of people. Its not like the movie just came out or people talk about it all the...

Have you seen the pictures of the Titanic inflatable bounce houses that are popular? It's half of the ship, slanted as if it's sinking! The slant forms the slide portion of the attraction. Seems...

I assume Cobi is Lego compatible? And is this hollow-ish or solid brick all the way through?
Post #146626985 added 04-14-2021 8:48 AM by nyrmetros in Deal Talk
COBI makes the best bricks going.... Of course I wish they had the Star Trek license. But the planes, ships, and tanks are just awesome.

I want this badly but I just dropped $65 on the baby yoda from Costco and had to buy a new fridge. If this were LEGO branded I'd definitely go in the red for it.

My 7 year old is the same way... has an odd obsession with the Titanic. Not sure where it comes from, but it's funny when he sees a video recreating the sinking, and they didn't break the ship in...

This is a prime example of the value SD brings. Random stuff I never would've sought out on my own for good prices.

Mine shipped the same day and says it's arriving Monday. I've had a previous order stuck on, "Preparing" before at Walmart and had to contact them about it.

Three people in this thread have mentioned their young kids being obsessed with the Titanic. Is that really such a common thing? I don’t think my kids were even aware of its existence when they were...

I think every kid goes through a Titanic phase. I did when I was 12. Glad to see it live on in children's curiosity as times change.

For a little while. Sounds like you have a smaller version, perhaps this one. There's also an 1100-piece version which is about the same length (around 2') but appears to be quite a bit more...
