yes it's plenty for a plex server. the cpu is a 65w chip, the computer will pretty much never utilize the full 200w stock.

No. I did some checking since posting. The psu is standard but the motherboard connection is proprietary. They make adapters but I'm not jumping through that many hoops

I use this exact chip for Plex. Works great. Only thing is hardware tone mapping is broken in the latest version so you’ll have to run an older version of Plex until the devs fix it.
