We've been using this stuff quite a while now. Works just as well as typical brands, and doesn't leave the chemical smell/taste on the dishes.

Are you asking about the dish detergent or the dishwasher gel? Dish soap is pretty comparative, though maybe not quite as strong as Dawn Platinum 4x (warehouse item).

For those of you who have dishwashers with prewash compartments, you may want some liquid / powder on hand for the prewash cycle. Pods are great but add nothing to the prewash.

If you have young kids then this is a fantastic detergent. Especially when it comes to cleaning bottles and nipples. No residue.

I never used this gel, but I’ve always had good success with the Palmolive dish detergent pods. Pop them in, and no messing around filling the gel into the detergent area.

That would be my concern. It took us a long time to settle on a cascade that didn’t leave streaks/residue in our dishwasher. I think all dishwashers are different.
