Yes. However, don't expect much improvement is load times. The PS4 Pro doesn't do much to take advantage of the benefit of SSDs. I know as I put one (not this model) in mine.

We're getting closer to decent prices on large capacity ssd's for media server usage. Hopefully soon we will see 4tb drives at around 250, then it'll be feasible to have a decent sized media server...
