Bought this and the Oat one before. I normally prefer oat but their Oat was awful, it separated like crazy in coffee and didn't taste as good as fresh. The almond was fine, but nothing special.

The oat blend one poisons you with phytic acid. This one poisons you with oxalates.

Never found a satisfying almond creamer. Seems like oats are where it's at.

Had no such experience with it myself, tasted exactly what you'd think oatmilk would taste like. Mixed well with hot and cold coffee. Almond also tasted like almond milk, personally don't understand...

The barista blends are formulated to texture (foam) for espresso based milk drinks.

If it not says creamer then I would assume will separate.

64 oz Silk almond milk from regular store is around $2.99...this brand 32oz is around $2 change...why is this a deal?

The oat barista blend has almost no flavor of its own, just adds a light creamy texture. This is the least flavorful of the oat milks I've found (and personal favorite). The almond milk is sweeter...

Typically "barista blend" plant based creamers add emulsifiers so they mix thoroughly. Not specifically sure about calif. I bought them once and wasn't impressed.

The barista unsweetened almond milk is the best for coffee I’ve ever used. Lasts for weeks when opened (after refrigeration) and foams up great. Needs to also go on sale!

The oat one is made out of a grain. The almond one is made out of a nut.

Good, but Oatly full fat or barista is much much better for steaming.

Anyone care to comment on the difference between the oat barista blend vs this one?
Post #146699324 added 04-17-2021 7:25 PM by amoney805 in Deal Talk
Because it's not straight almond milk. They add emulsifiers so it doesn't separate.

Silk has emulsifiers but it's not in cali farm?

Had the same experience with the oatmilk, the oil separation was gross.

Is separation an issue with these? I accidentally bought a shelf stable almond milk for a store pick up, instead of fresh. It looked terrible. Little specks of crap that wouldn't mix. No way I...

Still more expensive than Costco’s unsweetened almond organic (Kirkland brand).

I’ve only ever seen califa in the refrigeration section at the grocery, but it really does not need refrigerated before opening?
