Late but same - eufy are 5x better than Arlo. Battery life is atrocious on the Arlos and Eufy can last months. Also had issues with detection on Arlo

It sounds like you have one Pro and one original Arlo Camera, non-Pro. The originals used 4 batteries, the Pros use the one larger brick you re-charge with a cable while it's still in the camera....

The app have a five camera limit. They will not let you add more than five cameras. It has nothing to do with the seven day cloud storage.

I agree with @TheBigAlphaMale. Arlo often has lags or fails to connect, but Eufy is quick, way more reliable and consistent.
