Cat8 is Cat6 with shielding for each twisted pair and shielding for the full bundle. You'll likely need versions of RJ45 connectors that properly terminate and ground the shielding if you're looking...

Thanks OP, I got a bunch of CAT6 7ft cables and a few of the 20ft CAT5E cables.
I quickly realized how much I hate crimping my own cables shortly after doing it. Wish the 14ft was still in stock
