Soy isolate is the primary protein source, which kills it for me. This is a recent change in formula, and I lament the update. Used to be my favorite.

Skyr Icelandic Provisions is my go to brand, their fruit ones are amazing but a little bit higher sugar than the plain. I also go with Siggis when I want the 0% fat variety.

no, these have something like 2g of sugar compared to the 20g in the LB bars. These bars are really for if you are needing more protein in your diet and not just a sweet snack.

If you find certain bars too dry you can microwave them for 10-15 sec for a soft, warm treat. Or chop into small cubes and add to cereal/ice cream/fruit/yogurt
