Cat 5e is rated for gigabit at 100m. Unless you're running a multi-gig network it won't make any difference.

CAT 5e is rated for gigabit, you will literally see no difference and CAT 7 with RJ45 connectors isn't even a real standard despite what manufacturers might put on some of their products.
