Just note that these are quite small at 5 oz. Usually for creme brulee you use 8 oz or 12 oz.

Per this recipe (viva Serious Eats!!), you'd want to use 6 oz. ramekins for creme brulee. These are 16.7% smaller than the size you'd want to use.

Great price! I got them at $9.28 last year and they've been holding up well but granted I mostly used them for dipping sauces and snacks. Haven't made creme brulee in the yet
