Be careful, if you have Amazon slow shipping credits, they usually get used first. So if it's a $5 book and you have $2 in credit, the $2 will apply first. Can anyone confirm if that's the case here?

Just did it myself and it worked. Gave me the $5 and used no rush credits. I got it to work by asking Alexa how to order an ebook. She told me, I repeated it back and it was ordered. Easy peasy.
