At 32 or lower, flat. If it's that size, I usually flank the middle monitor on both sides by two more monitors and just tilt those two in to create a sort of curve. I like monitors to be directly...

Ah, men of culture, we meet again. I've also been holding out for a 32" 1440p 240Hz+ IPS monitor... Just out curiousity, would you prefer a flat or curved panel at this size?

Yeah this is a really nice monitor, but when it comes to HDR it's just OK. Is it better than the Alienware, sure. But it doesn't take a lot to be better than that. Like I said it is a really nice...

Do you have an alternative model suggestion with comparable specs and near this price range? Otherwise people should look to spend around $1k+ for HDR-focused monitor with these specs, right?

Yeah HDR isn't the greatest on this, but can you name me a gaming monitor that is good at HDR that doesn't have some crazy high price tag? Cause I can't seem to find one.

I would pass on this monitor if you want HDR. 450 nits max brightness and no local dimming zones = not actually HDR capable.

I used this along with American Express card. Final price was $607 including tax (NY) if anyone is wondering. Basically 50% off the original if you include tax on$1100

If you have the desk space for the appropriate viewing distance, 27” 1440p is amazing even for shooters. 24” is the sweet spot for 1080p, but once you go 27” 1440p, you can’t go back.

If you bought it from Dell, you can call them up and take advantage of their price guarantee where they credit you the difference.

I’ve been trying to pick a new monitor that would be good for gaming (PC) and graphic design (Mac). I was thinking of getting the Dell U2720Q (4K) for home design work, but it wouldn’t be good for...

Going to settle for this because I can't for the life of me, find the Asus PG27UQ or the Acer X27 in stock ANYWHERE. *32 inch or ultrawide are out of the question because of desk space limitations.

Cosign. I went from an Asus PG279QZ (which was one of the best 1440p 165Hz monitors of the prior generation) to this AW2721D and it was very noticeable to me. Higher refresh, faster pixel response,...

I just picked this up last week at $800, this is a great deal. I got it to go with an Rtx3080. Loving it so far, I wish I would have waited for this deal but not disappointed with the purchase.
