Grainger sux. Had problems upon peoblems with my order when they had a sale earlier in April. Will never buy from them again.

Same here still waiting on it myself but honestly its not graingers fault it is dewalts. Every tool site online says estimated ship date is june 30 but yes grainger should have not promised march 31...

Grainger is a trade supply house. It was never meant to be cheap. It's convenient.

I'm nervous about any purchase from grainger. Ordered a Dewalt edger months ago and still haven't received it. I've called a few times and each time they've extended the delivery date.
