Depends on brand/series of kit. Example.. Corsairs DDR4 5000mhz XMP kit which cost over $1000 USD does not have them, but "lower end" Veng Pro/Dominators with worse binned IC's and lower layer...

What you posted is regular RAM. These DIMMS also have RGB lighting, an internal temperature sensor and cost less.
