Gotta be sarcasm. Anyways, foam pads are a good quick fix for jobs where you have to kneel for short periods of time. But putting them on and then having to move around a bunch isn't so great...

1 decent pillow can cost 6$. So 12 for 2. And it probably wouldn't be as effective as a dedicated knee pad. And you shouldn't want to use the same pillow you use for a dirty job to put your head on.
