Good luck with the app. Had similar deals a few times on my AMEX cards. Miraculously got the app/gas purchase to work one time. I had to forgo other offers on AMEX because the app is just unusable....

It won’t connect to the pump for me. Have never been able to get it to work. In the app it says you can connect it to your card and still get point when you pay with that card without using the app....

It looks like the offers are only on the Citi website. Then you have to use the BP app to pay at the pump (if it works).
