Yes, it has a spring loaded cell phone adapter. The dimensions are limited though, but my moto g7 fits nicely. The tripod has a 1/4" threaded adapter so you can attach other things as well.

The actual model number you get is "5858DLX", and the box/item/package has no mention of "PlatinumPlus" or "5858D". Seems like the company has rebranded the item maybe, or BB is dumping...
