That's the crazy thing, if its truly just a SW issue they should at a minimum provide the tools for folks to flash a base ROM on it. Flashing is just point and click now. The phone is 3+ years old...

Thinking of it -loading Anything short of connecting P3 to Qualcom EDL tool won't help cause P3xs are totally bricked -aka with bootloader wiped out issue - no chances any other custom firmware can't...

Mine effectivly, was a the "desired" non-verizon boot-loader locked - Until it's clear if this Qualcom EDL is HD or OTA related, hope this helps other P3xs users stay safe rather than failing victim...
