For the one which was cancelled but not refunded, CC company (citi) is asking for cancellaton email which the b@st@rds @LG partner mall haven't even sent. They just don't respond to emails and no way...

Maybe you can dispute the charge with your CC provider assuming that TV was not delivered. Have you tried the warranty service to fix your TV?

Not sure about you guys but I had really terrible experience with LG Partner mall for both of my orders. They agreed to cancel one of the orders after multiple calls but they still haven't refunded...

It's using their support email. Reached out for cancellation and shipping delays. When I tried to call them, I was always asked to email them as they can't handle orders through this site.
